The evolution of humanity traces back to a time predating the invention of fire, yet as time has passed, evolution has blinded, hardened, and divided us. We've become disconnected not only from other life forms on this planet but also from ourselves. Despite coexisting here, we've forgotten our shared origin from the very same creator of all life.




Understanding the body's functioning, requires acknowledging the existence of energy meridians. While a post-mortem examination may not reveal the chakras (energy centers) or the nadis, it doesn't negate their existence. It's imperative to refine our observational tools and quiet our minds to perceive these elements within ourselves. We live here together, derived from the very same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

Prana, Chi, embodies our inner aliveness—an awareness felt when we center our consciousness within the body. Through utilization, our internal wiring strengthens, facilitating the flow of energy. We live here together, derived from the very same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

Yoga's essence transcends mere movement or precision; it encompasses a connection with one's self and the quest for inner balance and tranquility. Movement readies the body, mind, and spirit for connection—a gateway to our innermost selves. Recognizing our spiritual interconnectedness.

Nature's growth doesn't necessitate consultation with a physics department or the use of a calculator; it operates via self-assembly. As such, we coexist, derived from the very same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

Empathy extends beyond species boundaries; comprehending and empathizing with the emotions of other beings is akin to how we interact with our fellow humans. We coexist here, originating from the same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

The universality of divine messages underscores the interconnectedness of all religions and their teachings. Despite our differences, we share a common origin and purpose. Therefore how can we say, my God or my religion. We live here together, derived from the very same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

Within each of us lies the miracle of life, the prana, the life force energy, often overlooked and taken for granted. We live here together, derived from the very same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

We've all endured hardships, felt sorrow, and experienced suffering, whether in silence or through outward expressions. Compassion, an integral aspect of love, binds us together. We live here together, derived from the very same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

Illness of the human soul stems from roots that extend beyond the physical realm. Recognizing our spiritual essence, we acknowledge our interconnectedness. We live here together, derived from the very same creator of all life, though we've just forgotten.

Observing the spiral of life in nature's patterns, we are reminded of our shared origins. From the cosmos, to ancient fossils and our human DNA, if we look closely we will witness the echo in the spiral of life. These patterns often escape our notice as we've ceased to look.
