My journey has unfolded organically, intuitively guiding me to help others achieve well-being while sharing my passion for art, transformation, and storytelling. What began as a personal path of healing during a challenging time in my life has now become my mission: to support others on their own journeys toward healing, growth, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves.

As a Level 2 certified Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor, I specialize in energy healing, movement, breathwork, and meditation. Reiki, in particular, has played a pivotal role in my own healing journey, and it is now a key part of the work I offer. Reiki is an ancient, non-invasive energy healing practice that channels universal life energy to promote deep healing, reduce stress, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. With a focus on clearing energetic blockages, Reiki works to bring clarity, calm, and a sense of overall well-being. It has been a life-changing practice for me, and it is my honor to share it with others, offering a compassionate and transformative space for healing and renewal.

In addition to my work in wellness, my creative journey has been equally transformative. Through art, I’ve discovered a way to process and express the deep shifts I’ve experienced. With a passion for upcycling and reimagining, I create one-of-a-kind pieces—from repurposed furniture to unique decor—each inspired by my own transformation and the soulful connection I have to creativity and renewal.​ Every piece is carefully crafted to bring positive energy, sustainability, and beauty into your space. You can explore and purchase these handmade creations through my shop, where each item holds a piece of my journey and a part of the energy I wish to share with the world.

I also share my love for storytelling through poems, stories, and reflections on my website. These writings are designed to inspire, nurture, and connect, with the intention of supporting your journey toward growth, healing, and self-discovery.
