My journey has unfolded organically, guiding me intuitively to help others achieve well-being while sharing my passion for art, transformation, and storytelling. What began as a personal healing path during a challenging time has now become my mission: to inspire reflection, balance, and personal growth.

​

As a certified Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor, I specialize in energy healing, movement, breathwork, and meditation. Reiki, in particular, has been pivotal in my own healing and is a key part of the work I offer.

 

This ancient, non-invasive practice channels universal life energy to promote healing, reduce stress, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit. By clearing energetic blockages, Reiki brings clarity, calm, and overall well-being. It’s been life-changing for me, and it’s my honor to share it with others in a compassionate, transformative space.

Alongside my wellness practice, my creative journey has been equally transformative. Through art, I’ve found a way to process and express the shifts I’ve experienced. I specialize in upcycling and reimagining, creating one-of-a-kind pieces—whether repurposed furniture or unique décor—that reflect my own transformation and soulful connection to creativity. Each item is crafted with positive energy, sustainability, and beauty.

 

I infuse my art with Universal Reiki energy, ensuring each piece carries healing vibrations and intentionality. Some of my creations also feature real crystals from the earth, which are cleansed with white sage and charged under the light of a full moon to amplify their energetic presence. You can explore and purchase these handmade pieces through my shop, where each creation holds a part of my journey and the energy I wish to share.​

I also share my love for storytelling through poems, stories, and reflections. These writings are meant to inspire, nurture, and connect, with the intention of supporting your own growth, healing, and self-discovery.
